A lot of what gets called a “growth hack” is really just spend that hasn’t been attributed properly yet. Once you put real measurement underneath it — Appsflyer, GA4, a clean view of incrementality — most of the magic disappears, and what’s left is either: a channel that works and should get more budget, or a channel that doesn’t and should get cut.

The interesting work isn’t finding the hack. It’s building the system that tells you, fast, which of your current bets are actually hacks and which are just noise.
